This mapping theme will take a store of your choice and map the sector FIT factors for that store.  In our example below, it is clear that a Hispanic format would find greater success in the eastern reaches of this trade area.

The map below shows clearly that our Hispanic store-11 is in the correct location to maximize attraction.

If you choose to display this theme, SITESPLUS™ will ask you to choose one of the FIT format types to display.  In our example below, we chose the “Quality/Service” format.  SITESPLUS™ then graphed the resulting FIT factors for that format type.

Notice how a store focusing on quality and service would be wise to look in the western sectors of this trade area.
