Senior Site Selection/Market Research Analyst

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Perform ad-hoc strategic analyses for TJX Executive Management in areas pertaining to the support and development of corporate Real Estate growth strategies and initiatives for all domestic divisions, market prioritization, In-fill strategies and individual market optimization.

Support Real Estate Directors and Vice Presidents in submitting Real Estate deals for Executive Committee review by preparing presentations that include demographic reports, cannibalization estimates, market comparison/analogs and financial reports.

Maintain and manage various Real Estate databases to ensure data integrity within Access and Excel platforms. This includes building report functionality and developing studies within a GIS and segmentation environment. 

 3-5 years experience in real estate/site selection analysis or financial analysis.

Exceptional ability to gather, analyze and present statistical, demographic and financial data.

Proficiency with MS Excel required. Working knowledge of GIS principles and Access is desired.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business or Geography. MBA preferred.
