Sheraton Sand Key Resort
What: This conference is an annual collection of (mostly) supermarket location professionals, including those people working for chains, wholesalers, cooperatives, developers, consultants, and other industries. This is the largest gathering of this kind in the world! Where: The 2014 Gravitec Store Location Conference will be held at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort near Clearwater Beach, Florida. There is no complimentary shuttle service, but you can contact Super Shuttle for transportation at $24 per person. (800)-746-2258 or www.supershuttle.com.
When: The conference will be held Wednesday May 7th through Friday May 9th, 2014. This is a very family-oriented conference, so bring your spouse and kids, and take a break from the colder weather! Wednesday, May 7 6:00-7:30 Cocktail reception Thursday, May 8 9:00-4:00 Store Location Conference 6:00-7:30 Conference Dinner Friday, May 9 9:00-noon Store Location Conference Bring your spouse or significant other to our evening reception Wednesday at 6:00 PM with appetizers and open bar. Spouses are also welcome at all breakfasts and lunches at no extra cost. (Just let us know ahead of time, please). Costs:
Rooms: The hotel rooms all have balconies with spectacular views! Room rates have been discounted to $179 per night for our group. This rate includes self-parking, use of the fitness center, beach trolley, and more. Remember that the cutoff date for room registration is April 6, 2014, so be sure to make your reservations early! The room rates will NOT be guaranteed after that date.
